How many letters or symbols can I include for personalisation?
Complimentary personalisation is included for up to four letters/initials depending on the product. If you need more (a name, or corporate logo), please jump on live chat or email the team at hello@montlaurent.com.au

How is the glassware packaged?
Our glassware is securely and safely packed in protective sleeves inside a MONT LAURENT branded bag. For that extra 'WOW' factor you can opt to include a gift box with card/ribbon.
How long does personalisation take?
Our team aim to personalise and dispatch all personalised leather and glassware within 2 business days however during peak trading periods, this can reach up to 2-3 business days. You can upgrade your order at checkout for guaranteed dispatch within 24 hours with express postage if you need it ASAP. Simply select 'Jump-the-queue + express post' at shipping in the checkout.
Can I place an order for glassware without personalisation?
Absolutely! Simply write 'N/A' in the product personalisation field.
Can I get a custom personalisation, for example, a date, name or logo?
You can personalise our glassware and leather accessories with custom requests such as names, logos, star signs and anniversary dates. Simply jump on live chat or send us an email at hello@montlaurent.com.au to confirm your request. Corporate discounts apply for bulk orders.
Is an invoice included with the gift?
No, invoices are not sent with the glassware. The invoice/receipt is emailed to the purchaser of the glassware via the email provided in the order confirmation.
How do I care for my new glassware?
Our glassware is dishwasher safe although we recommend hand washing your new glasses in moderate to hot water with detergent. Use a gentle cloth to wipe off any marks and leave to air dry or simply clean with a microfibre cleaning cloth. For added shine, use a micro fibre polishing cloth available from your local supermarket. Do not use abrasive, scouring brushes or pads as this could damage the glass or engraving.
To avoid cracking or damaging the glass, do not pour hot liquid into a cold glass or cold liquid into a hot glass. Be gentle with the glass (don't dry it on a rack upside down as the glassware rim is the most fragile part of the glass).
